Vance Hanbidge

Vance Hanbidge is an experienced technology and IT professional with a diverse background in information systems and project management. Currently serving as the Technology Support Manager at Weyerhaeuser since January 1991, Vance has held various roles including IT Project Manager, Infrastructure Services Delivery Consultant, and ITSM Adoption Leader, where significant contributions involved managing IT projects, leading teams through change management, and enhancing service delivery processes. Vance's expertise includes advocating for technology uplifts in Wood Products, developing training for ITIL Service Support modules, and overseeing IT operations across multiple locations. Vance began the career as an IT Team Leader at Procter & Gamble and has foundational experience as a Construction Lineman, managing fiber optic installations. Vance holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from the University of Calgary.
