WeYouth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to change the story for a generation facing a disconnection crisis.
We partner with sports coaches, schools, and families to deliver evidence-based Connection Coaching — helping young people ages 12–24 build real relationships, develop resilience, and truly thrive.
Our flagship program, Mental Performance Connection Coaching (MPCC), is built for athletes and sports teams. Combining professional coaching with near-peer mentorship, MPCC helps athletes strengthen team culture, sharpen mental performance, and build the connections that carry them beyond the game.
Founded by Dr. Kreg Edgmon (PhD, LMFT) and Maryn Edgmon (MS, OT), WeYouth has invested 4+ years of research alongside clinicians, educators, and scientists to develop our Connection Coaching model.
Connection is a skill — and every young person can get better at it.
