Ryan Spratt

Ryan Spratt is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at HES Facilities Management since July 2021, Ryan previously held various leadership positions, including Director of Financial Planning Analysis and Director of Strategic Data Analytics at OhioGuidestone from July 2016 to July 2021. Prior to OhioGuidestone, Ryan was the Manager of FP&A at GCA Services Group and held senior financial analyst roles at Moen Incorporated. Ryan's career began at Scott Fetzer, where roles included Supervisor of Corporate Accounting and Senior Internal Auditor. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Kent State University, completed in 2006.
