Roger Wight is currently the Head of Programming and Operations at WFMT, where they oversee programming initiatives. Previously, they served as Executive Director for Camerata Pacifica and held various roles in the National Public Radio, including Supervising Producer for Performance Today. Roger worked as the Director of Artistic Planning for the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and as Vice President & General Manager of the Jacksonville Symphony. They have also contributed to the Philadelphia Orchestra Association as an Artistic Administrator and provided consultation in arts and non-profit management from 2016 to 2021.
