AJ Springer serves as the Executive Communications Manager at the Working Families Party since December 2019, focusing on crafting speeches and opinion pieces for senior leaders. Previously, AJ held the position of Senior Communications Manager, providing communications strategy and media training. As the owner of Springer Communications since May 2005, AJ specializes in transforming visionary ideas into impactful speeches and writings while contributing articles to notable publications. Other roles include Senior Public Relations Manager at American University and Communications Assistant at Clark County School District. AJ also served as a District Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives, fostering community relations. AJ holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the same institution.
