Andy Kaier

Andy Kaier is currently serving as the Secretary for the Capital District Chapter and as a member of the State Committee at the Working Families Party since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held multiple positions at Palantir Technologies from January 2015 to June 2022, including Architect, Technical Lead, and Forward Deployed Software Engineer. Additionally, Andy served as the Data and Technology Director for Tedra Cobb's congressional campaign from February to November 2020. Andy's earlier experience includes a Program Manager role at Microsoft from September 2012 to December 2014 and a Program Manager Internship at Microsoft in the summer of 2011. Currently, Andy is pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology at the University at Albany, expected to graduate in May 2025, following a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from Princeton University.
