Matt Cordeiro

Matt Cordeiro is a seasoned political strategist with extensive experience in organizing and managing grassroots campaigns. Currently serving as a Political Strategist at Working Families Party since January 2022, Matt previously held roles such as Digital Lead and Distributed Organizer at The Frontline, where responsibilities included overseeing digital organizing efforts and managing email programs. Matt's contributions as Distributed Organizing Director at By the People were instrumental in the impeachment of Donald Trump, coordinating nationwide actions. Additional experience includes organizing voter outreach efforts with Florida Student Power Network and managing GOTV activities for Cynthia Nixon's gubernatorial campaign. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Game Changer Labs and TurboVote, where extensive partnerships and voter mobilization efforts were developed. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Planning and Public Policy, Matt has cultivated a strong foundation in political engagement and community organization.
