Gary Lazarus is an accomplished broadcast director with extensive experience in directing newscasts across various time slots. Currently serving as the Weekday/Weekend Evening Ignite Director at WFTV since November 2015, Gary also directed morning and noon newscasts during weekdays and weekends. Prior to WFTV, Gary held positions at WPEC and ABC 24 WPTY, directing both morning and evening programs. Earlier experience at WCTV Eyewitness News included roles as an Evening Director, Production Specialist, and Floor Director. Gary holds an Associate of Arts degree in General from Tallahassee State College, earned between 2004 and 2007.
