Qiang Li

Qiang Li is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects across multiple countries. Currently serving as Principal Civil Engineer at WGA since July 2021, Qiang Li has contributed significantly to the Western Program Alliance of the Level Crossing Removal Project as a 12D designer lead. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Arup, Senior Technical Officer at AECOM, and Senior Civil Engineer at WorleyParsons, where responsibilities encompassed civil design and management in diverse sectors including transportation, oil, and mining. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Infrastructure Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Technology.
