Bill Evans, P.E., AICP is a seasoned professional in the fields of project development and environmental planning with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as PD&E Market Leader at WGI since April 2021, Bill has previously held significant positions at Arcadis and Stanley Consultants, where responsibilities included program development, project management, and marketing for transportation projects, specifically for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and county municipalities. Bill's career began at the Florida Department of Transportation, progressing from Project Engineer to Project Manager, gaining expertise in NEPA studies and public involvement programs. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and has furthered professional development with certifications in public management and supervision from Florida State University.
