Roxann Read, AICP, CFM, FRA-RA, CPM, is a seasoned project manager currently employed at WGI since February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Planning Manager for the City of Apopka and Assistant Director of Development Services for the City of Wildwood, FL. Roxann has also held positions as a Planner for Sumter County BOCC and Marion County BOCC, where responsibilities included community engagement and comprehensive plan revisions. Additional roles include planning-related work with Jefferson County, MO, and internships in local government settings. Roxann holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
