Traci Scheppske CGC, CM-BIM, LEED AP serves as the Director of Business Development at WGI since September 2018, previously holding the position of Business Development Manager. Prior to WGI, Traci accrued extensive experience at Keith & Associates from February 1998 to July 2018 as Vice President, where contributions were pivotal in expanding professional service divisions and increasing office locations while overseeing staff and project workflow. Traci's earlier roles include Project Manager at Keith and Schnars from July 1992 to January 1998, managing commercial and residential land development projects in South Florida, and Design Engineer at Daft McCune Walker from September 1987 to June 1992, where responsibilities included preparing construction documents for large-scale residential developments.
