David Spence has over a decade of experience in mechanical design engineering with a focus on the water and wastewater industry. Currently serving as Design Manager at WGM Engineering Ltd since September 2016, David has also held positions as Principal Mechanical Designer and Lead Mechanical Designer. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs, as well as Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Halcrow, a CH2M HILL Company, and Grontmij UK. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) (Hons) in Product Design and Development from the University of the West of Scotland, earned in 2008.
