Joseph Willard

Joseph Willard has extensive experience in preconstruction services, currently serving as the Senior Preconstruction Services Manager at Wharton-Smith, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at REX Construction Services from August 2015 to April 2021, including Director of Preconstruction, Director of Operations, and Preconstruction Manager. Experience also includes serving as Lead Estimator at PCL Construction from July 2014 to August 2015 and previously at LeChase Construction as Preconstruction Manager. Joseph began a career at PCL Construction as Lead Estimator from July 2008 to October 2012. Joseph holds a degree from Clemson University, attended from 1988 to 1993.
