What Does Not is a culture agency of human connection specialists. We make culture – and we shape how humans behave, gather and relate to each other. 

As longstanding friends, we have shared ties to Greek culture – and are inspired heavily by the ancient Greek definition of ‘entertainment’ as a ‘stewarding of the soul’ (vs the other meaning which is ‘a dispersal of one’s worries). Everything we do comes from the heart, brings people back to themselves and what matters. Ultimately, we aim to disrupt notions of a work/life divide – to create a world where humans thrive as a cohesive and actualised collective.

As a heavyweight team of professionals from diverse and complementary fields like management and culture consulting, business transformation, PR, branding, strategy, creative direction, marketing, digital, hospitality, entertainment, and events – we bring an arsenal of skills to transforming spaces, places and the people within them.
