Ivan Pols

Ivan Pols is the current Creative Director at What3words. Prior to this, they were Global Creative Director at adam&eveDDB, working on integrated campaigns, strategy, brand purpose, team management and recruitment, campaign rollouts in over 50 countries, international stakeholder management, brand redesign, and more. Before adam&eveDDB, Ivan was Global Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather, where they oversaw the Creative Department Digital and Integrated Lead, creative leadership, strategy, brand purpose, team management and recruitment, global campaign rollouts and stakeholder management, brand redesign, creative ideas, design, and lots of powerpoint. Ivan also ran the cross agency internship program. Prior to Ogilvy & Mather, Ivan was an Art Director at HarrisonHuman.

Ivan Pols completed a National Diploma in Graphic Design from Technikon Witwatersrand and Parktown Boy's High School.

They are on a team with Michelle Dunn - Head of Consumer Marketing, Jane Stephenson - Head of Partner Marketing. Ivan Pols reports to Giles Rhys Jones, CMO.
