Beth Painter

Beth Painter, PHR SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Whataburger since October 2014, Beth has previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Professional and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Additionally, since January 2010, Beth has been the Board Secretary for the Greater Houston Business Leadership Network. Prior experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Randalls, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting and overseeing hiring for multiple stores. Earlier roles at Randalls included Assistant Store Director and Customer Service Supervisor, with a focus on operations, employee relations, and customer service. Beth holds a PHR certification from Rice University School of Continuing Studies and has education from Oakland Community College.
