Mark Wallace

Mark Wallace is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Area Manager at Whataburger since June 2019, where responsibilities include executing company products and procedures while developing personnel aligned with core values. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations at Bojangles'​ Restaurants, Inc. and Whataburger, as well as ownership and operation of Jet's Pizza. Mark's extensive tenure at CEC Entertainment included serving as Regional Vice President, overseeing profitability and performance across 120 restaurants in 13 states, and achieving multiple awards for district sales and profits. Educational credentials include management training from the Walt Disney Institute, fire science certification, and various industry-related certifications.
