Troy Meyer McSe

Troy Meyer MCSE, PMP, has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Director of IT Sourcing and Franchisee Technology at Whataburger since March 2009. Responsibilities include IT partner and vendor agreement development, vendor relations, performance management, and strategic sourcing. Previously, Troy held the position of IT Director of Infrastructure, overseeing Whataburger's on-premise and cloud-hosted networks, and as Manager of Data Center Operations, focusing on IT department management. Prior to Whataburger, Troy held technology management and administration roles at Afni from 1997 to 2009 and served in the US Army's Military Police from 1986 to 1989. Troy holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from Heartland Community College and further education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
