Max Ditzel

Max Ditzel serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of WhatAVenture, where responsibilities include advising clients on corporate development, managing a team of 35 innovators, and nurturing key accounts into multi-year partnerships since February 2015. Ditzel initiated the German branch of WhatAVenture in Cologne, collaborating with notable companies, including hidden champions and a third of DAX listed firms. Previous roles include Senior Innovation Consultant and Innovation Manager at Technische Universität Wien, where Ditzel contributed to the development of an international curriculum on innovation for students. Additional experience encompasses lecturing in innovation management at BFI Wien, mentoring startups at the Founder Institute, and business development for an IoT startup. Ditzel's career began with a management internship at Cisco Systems, and educational qualifications include studies at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and FHWien University of Applied Sciences of WKW.
