Eric Binder is the Partnerships Manager - Sports Cards at Whatnot. Eric has also worked as a Finance Transformation Consulting Associate at KPMG from October 2018 to April 2021, where they directed all marketing and communication initiatives for the organization, coordinated social media efforts to maintain high meeting attendance, designed and distributed all advertisements for special speakers and meetings, and increased organization from 50 to 110 members.
Before working at KPMG, Eric was an Real Estate Private Equity Intern at Old Three Hundred Capital from September 2017 to July 2018. There, they underwrote and presented value-add multi-family acquisitions throughout Central Texas and northern New Jersey, conducted market research to assess and identify investment opportunities for the $100 million fund, assisted principals in CapEx budgeting, managing assets, and projecting returns to improve fund performance, and performed due diligence on properties in Austin, San Antonio, and New Jersey during the acquisition period.
From August 2014 to May 2017, Eric served as President of Sigma Alpha Mu - Sigma Theta Chapter. During their time as President, they increased membership by 20%.
Eric is also the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of SportsRanks.net, which they founded in March 2011 and ran until June 2016.
