Seymur Rasulov

Seymur Rasulov is the current CEO at Whelp. Seymur has also previously worked as a regional sales manager at SmilePay, Inc., EBSCO Information Services, and Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions. Rasulov began their career as a librarian, working as the head of library services at ADA University before moving to Qatar Foundation to build their digital library.

Seymur Rasulov has a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Their focus was in Library and Information Science.
