Donte Ford currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Music and Associate Chaplain for Worship Arts at Wheaton College, a position held since May 2020. In addition, Donte has been the Assistant Minister of Music at First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park and Minister of Music at Jubilee United Methodist Church since 2015. Roles as Minister and Organist at Christian Fellowship Community Church began in 2007 and are ongoing. Previous experience includes serving as Worship Leader at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church and Worship Director at Christ of Calvary Covenant Church, contributing to musical leadership and enhancing worship experiences. Donte's early career involved drumming at both Mt. Pisgah UHC and United Evangelist Church Annex from 1998 to 2007. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Musicology and Choral Music Studies from the University of Arizona, alongside multiple degrees from Southern Methodist University and The Pennsylvania State University.
