Heidi Mitchell Daniels

Heidi Mitchell Daniels has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Staffing & Development and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Wheaton College since September 1999. In these roles, Heidi oversees hiring, employee relations, training, events, and compensation. Prior to this position, Heidi worked as a Marketing Specialist at KaBoom! and as an Education Projects Coordinator at the National PTA. Heidi holds a Master of Arts in Organizational and Multicultural Communication from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Urban Studies from Wheaton College.
