Josh Okerman

Josh Okerman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Josh started their career at Menards, where they held various positions as a Department Manager and Assistant Manager. In 2011, they joined Chicago Eagles as their Website Manager, Video Editor, and Accountant. At this small organization, they also handled bookkeeping tasks and built accounting systems. In 2013, Josh joined Wheaton College as a Communications Coordinator. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Digital Communications Manager, Director of Digital Communications and Young Alumni Programs, and, most recently, Director of Digital Communications and Alumni Programs. In their current position, they are responsible for using digital communications and alumni programs to foster connections between alumni and the college, as well as overseeing alumni reunions. Josh has proven their expertise in web, email, and social channels management, providing strategic guidance and data analysis to execute successful communication campaigns.
