Mary Ratliff

Mary Ratliff serves as the Associate Director of Advancement Services at Wheaton College, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and providing support for the CRM Advance system. Prior to this role, Mary Ratliff held several positions at Northwestern University, including Assistant Director for the Center for Education and Career Development, where strategic oversight encompassed a $2M budget and multiple educational programs. Additional experiences include managerial roles in educational programs, special projects coordination at the Northwestern Center for Clinical Research, and consulting in healthcare strategy at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Mary Ratliff holds a Master of Science in Technology and Performance Improvement Studies from Chicago State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.
