Michael Bumann currently serves as the Associate Director for Career Education at Wheaton College since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the China National Director for Training and Professional Development at Pinnacle Teaching Solutions from January 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included supporting teachers across China in their professional growth and cultural integration. Additional experience includes serving as an English Language Instructor at Northeast Normal University and as the University Teaching Program Team Leader at ELIC. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Chinese Studies from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School, a TESOL certificate from Wheaton College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bethel University.
