Sarah Wilcox

Adjunct Professor

Sarah Wilcox is an accomplished professional in humanitarian assistance and program development, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor for Organizing Humanitarian Assistance at Wheaton College and as a Business Development Manager at World Vision. Previous experience includes the role of Program Development Officer at Samaritan's Purse, where Sarah was instrumental in managing over $35 million in emergency aid programs and securing donor funding. As a Program Development International Apprentice, significant contributions were made in Ethiopia during a critical scale-up in response to civil conflict. Earlier roles included a Research Intern at the Joint Learning Initiative on Faith & Local Communities and an Intern in Grants Acquisition and Management at World Vision. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chinese Language and Intercultural Studies, as well as Health, Medicine and Society from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
