Xavier Thomas is a seasoned CISO and CIO currently serving at the Johnson County Special Utility District, where they define and execute technical strategies aligning with the organization’s vision and business objectives. With over 17 years of diverse experience in information technology management, project engineering, and information security, Xavier also holds advisory roles, including membership on the Advisory Board at DallasCISO, and acts as Vice President of Business Development at Scently. They are dedicated to fostering relationships within the cybersecurity community and providing training on security compliance.
