Jon Searles

Jon Searles is a seasoned professional in community and economic development, currently serving as the Community & Economic Development Director at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Enterprise Community Partners, including Community & Economic Development Officer and VP Marketing, where Jon developed strategies in media and digital engagement. Jon's experience also includes leadership in marketing and communications at Fannie Mae, where Jon directed crisis communication strategies, and serving as Public Information Officer for the State of California under two governors. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
