WHEDco
Floyd Lawrence is an experienced professional with a solid background in residential services and program coordination. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Director of Residential Services at Rising Ground since January 2019, Floyd has also held significant positions at WHEDCo as Teen Program Coordinator since October 2007, and at Healthfirst as Team Lead for Enrollment and Billing from October 2014 to December 2018. Prior to these roles, Floyd worked as Residential Coordinator at FEGS from January 2004 to October 2014. With a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from Stony Brook University, Floyd combines academic excellence with extensive practical experience in the field.
