Shubham B.

Shubham B. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Chief Operating Officer at Wheebox in 2020. Shubham held the same position at Biziga and Leadpro from 2016 to 2020, where they focused on leadership development interventions using computer-based gaming and other experiential mediums. Shubham also worked as a podcaster for HT Smartcast from January to March 2020. Prior to that, they served as Dy. Director/Business Head at All India Management Association from 2012 to 2016. Shubham founded MINDMATTER in 2009 and worked as a mountaineer/kayaker from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they were a facilitator at Blue Sky Learning from 2007 to 2009. Shubham started their career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2005 and worked as a summer trainee at HERO CYCLES and Hindustan Zinc Limited in 2002 and 2001 respectively.
