Chris Moose

Chris Moose serves as the VP of Lifesciences at Wheel since February 2025. Concurrently, Chris has been a mentor at Capital Factory since January 2019, overseeing IBM's involvement with Texas's largest technology incubation and advising startups through to Series-B funding. Previous roles at IBM included Partner in Healthcare & Life Sciences, where Chris focused on the intersection of healthcare, public policy, and technology, and where blockchain efforts led to the deployment of the USA's first state-issued health credential for COVID-19. Chris also developed pilot initiatives for the FDA on pharmaceutical traceability and served as a Board Member for the Austin Healthcare Council and the Linux Foundation for Public Health. Additionally, Chris worked as a Champion for Austin's inclusion in the World Economic Forum's Healthy Cities initiative from January 2020 to October 2023. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and an MIS from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
