Matthew Householder

Matthew Householder is an experienced operations and workforce management professional with a background in leading teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketplace Management and Capacity Planning at Wheel since October 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Director of Workforce Management and Capacity Planning at Transcarent, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations. Prior to that, Matthew was the Director of Workforce Management and Capacity Planning at 98point6 Inc., where the Workforce Management function was created to support a 24x7 virtual healthcare model. Matthew's extensive experience includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase, Ohana Companies, and several consulting positions where expertise in workforce performance improvement and operational efficiency was developed. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
