Working with Beaton, one of its Strategic Partners, it delivers Debrief, their SaaS-platformed client feedback service, to leading PSFs across EMEA. This world-class research service gathers and analyses feedback from a firm’s most crucial stakeholders – client decision-makers and users. It gauges in what ways firms can improve the value they deliver.

Through its Key Client Workshops, the company coaches teams of professional advisers to prepare a robust plan for delivering exceptional client service and to capture all the opportunities available to the firm from a key client.

The company regularly (3/4 times a year) organises its Marketing the Advisers Forum events for marketing & BD leaders at the larger PSFs. Speakers are drawn from this in-house community, suppliers are excluded, and the events are by-invitation only. The events usually attract 50+ attendees and are hosted in turn by member firms. These events are not run on a commercial basis and there is no charge for attending.
