Our team spends every day helping manufacturers rebuild the American manufacturing backbone. Our team created Wheelhouse, a cloud-based Manufacturing Operations Management software. We continuously improve our capabilities while customizing solutions to meet our customer's needs.

✅ Wheelhouse helps manufacturing teams ensure that every order sent to production is accurate and manufacturable, using product configuration to connect sales with manufacturing.

✅ Wheelhouse allows dealers and customers to enter their orders directly into the manufacturer's system, reducing the load on the customer service team while increasing sales volume.

✅ Wheelhouse tracks the progress of work orders through production like FedEx tracks every package en route to its destination. Production engineers create a route for each product, and the production team scans QR codes to capture time and progress.

✅ Wheelhouse helps manufacturers optimize inventory using a Kanban system based on the Toyota Production System. Wheelhouse allows manufacturers to create a plan for every part, set Kanban triggers, and track consumption and replenishment via purchases, production, or production moves.

We're thrilled to be on the cutting edge of manufacturing software innovation and would love to connect with you!
