Barb Knoeppel

Barb Knoeppel has over two decades of experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an HR Assistant/Receptionist at Wheels, Inc. since July 2000. Prior to this role, Barb worked as a Customer Service Representative at Wheels, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and held the position of Assistant Program Manager - Seniors at Elmhurst Park District from 1995 to 1997. Barb Knoeppel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, as well as a minor in Recreation Management, from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where education was completed between 1990 and 1994.
