Eric Crooks

Eric Crooks has extensive experience in operational and client services roles within the fleet management industry. Crooks began the career at FleetMark, Inc. as an Operations Specialist and Customer Service Manager from May 1987 to May 1990. Following this, Crooks spent over two years at LeasePlan USA from April 2003 to October 2005, holding various positions including FleetDesk Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Client Services Marketing Manager, Senior Account Manager, and ultimately Director of Operations. Crooks continued with LeasePlan USA, serving as Director of Operations for Client Activation and License and Title from October 2005 to August 2019. Since the rebranding of LeasePlan USA to Wheels, Crooks has held the position of Director of Client Migration since February 2023 while also serving as Director of Client Experience at LeasePlan since August 2019.
