Lesley Talley

Lesley Talley, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations, Technology and Integrations at Wheels, Inc., leading the phased implementation of various Workday modules and training HR teams and employees on new systems since February 2017. Prior experience includes directing human resources for Kuusakoski in North America, where responsibilities involved implementing HR programs and collaborating with global headquarters in Finland, as well as serving as Human Resources Manager at SEIU Healthcare IL IN, where the first HR department was established. Lesley has also held managerial roles at Covenant Security Services and Covenant Services Worldwide, focusing on multi-state HR operations and recruitment across various sectors. Lesley holds a Master's degree in Communications and Human Resources from Governors State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
