Liv (Leslie) M. is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in UX architecture and design, currently serving as Principal UX Architect at Wheels, Inc. since February 2020. Notable achievements include streamlining UX research processes and establishing a UX analytics discipline, resulting in significant improvements in project turnaround and actionable insights. Liv has also participated in the KaggleX BIPOC Mentorship Program, completing a multi-part project focused on assessing news articles using machine learning techniques. Previous positions include Senior UX Designer at STLArchitects, where Liv enhanced terminal design based on user sentiment analysis, and Senior UX Researcher at CA Technologies, driving user satisfaction through strategic workshops and information architecture improvements.
