Matt Patterson

Matt Patterson currently serves as Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Wheels, Inc. since February 2023, following the unification of Wheels, Donlen, and LeasePlan under the Wheels brand. Additionally, Matt holds the position of Board Member and VP of Energy and Environmental Affairs at the American Automotive Leasing Association since September 2018 and has been the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at LeasePlan since November 2017. Previous roles include VP & Deputy General Counsel at Altium Packaging from June 2007 to November 2017, and SVP and General Counsel at Air Serv Corporation from November 2005 to June 2007. Matt began legal career as an Associate at King & Spalding LLP and worked as a Legal Assistant at Arnold & Porter. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Allegheny College.
