Devan Kumar is a seasoned Agile Coach with extensive experience in leading Agile transformations and consultancy across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr Agile Coach and Divisional Manager of D&AI at TVS Motor Company since August 2023, Devan previously held positions at NTT DATA from May 2018 to August 2023 as a Sr Agile Coach and Program Management consultant, and at Mindtree from July 2012 to May 2018 as an Agile Coach and Consultant. Early career experience includes roles as Team Agile Coach, Sr Scrum Master, and Software Engineer at Theorem from January 2006 to July 2012. Devan holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Mysore, obtained in 2006.
