Andre Ashbaugh

Andre Ashbaugh, MBA, serves as the Director of Operator Services at Wheels Up since October 2019, bringing extensive leadership experience in operations and finance. Previously, Andre held the position of Vice President of Operations at Avianis Systems, LLC from August 2016 to October 2019, overseeing product, support, sales, and development teams. Prior financial roles include Corporate Finance and Risk Management at Hanger, Inc., where significant achievements included securing $280M in mezzanine debt and leading risk mitigation programs across a wide network of clinics and facilities. Andre's career began with positions at Guaranty Bank, Temple Inland, and Meadow Club. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas State University.
