Andrew Markwardt is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in strategic planning and implementation of compensation programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Wheels Up since April 2022, Andrew focuses on enhancing both short-term and long-term incentive programs. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Finance of America Companies and Armstrong Total Reward Consulting, as well as leadership in compensation at American Water and Capital One. Andrew's extensive career also features significant contributions at Wells Fargo Bank and Piper Jaffray, consolidating expertise in compensation strategy, compliance, and team leadership. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
