David Adelman serves as the CEO of Campus Apartments, the oldest and largest privately held university-related housing company in the United States, a position held since June 1994. In addition to this role, David is a partner at Philadelphia 76ers, Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, and New Jersey Devils, all since October 2022. David co-founded FS Investments in May 2007 and has been the founder of Darco Capital since June 2010, which operates as David Adelman’s family office. Additionally, David founded Darco Spirits in April 2021 and co-founded cred.ai in January 2017. Since September 2013, David has also served as the lead director at Wheels Up. David Adelman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Political Science from The Ohio State University, completed in 1994.
