Matt Oddo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing HR Shared Services and technology solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Shared Services & Employee Experience at Wheels Up since June 2022, Matt has previously held significant roles, including Director of HR Shared Services at Rite Aid and Director of HR Technology & Analytics at Tractor Supply Company. With a strong background in HR operations, technology strategy, and talent acquisition, Matt has effectively led strategic initiatives to enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis and an Associate of Arts in English from Columbia State Community College.
