Michael DeCastro has extensive experience in member services and operational quality within the aviation sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Services and Training at Wheels Up since October 2013, Michael previously held the position of Senior Director of Member Services/Operations. Prior to Wheels Up, Michael worked at NetJets for over a decade, first as a Project Manager in Operational Quality and Standards and later as a Service Quality Analyst, where responsibilities included evaluating customer service interactions and facilitating training. Michael began his career at McLeodUSA as an Account Executive, providing telephony and data bandwidth solutions, and held a role in Global Education Management at Sarcom, focusing on customized client training. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 2003 to 2007.
