Michael Kwiatkowski

Michael Kwiatkowski currently serves as a Senior Account Manager at Wheels Up, where responsibilities include managing relationships with 300 members and generating over $20 million in pre-paid flight fund sales since March 2022. Previously, at the University of Miami, Michael Kwiatkowski advanced through roles to become Director of Client Experience, managing a portfolio of over 3,000 accounts and delivering strategic initiatives that enhanced the client experience. Past experiences include managing group sales for Rockford Rivets Baseball, customer service roles in ticket sales, and various internships in event management and customer service throughout the sports industry. Michael Kwiatkowski holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
