Randy Carpenter

Randy Carpenter serves as the Enterprise Director of Training and Assistant Director of Standards at Wheels Up, alongside roles as an Instructor Pilot and Check Airman since February 2018. Concurrently, Randy holds the position of Director of Training and Pilot at Gama Aviation for Part 135 operations. Randy has worked as a Contract Pilot since December 2015, fulfilling duties as Captain and First Officer while overseeing maintenance and documentation. Prior experience includes being a Premier RA-390 First Officer at Landmark Aviation and serving as a Senior Flight Instructor and Pilot at Lanier Flight Center, where instruction focused on preparing students for the FAA pilot's license. Randy's career in aviation began in 2007 as a Dispatcher and Flight Instructor at Aviation Atlanta. Educationally, Randy completed Commercial Pilot training at Aviation Atlanta between 2009 and 2011 and attended Dyersburg State Community College.
