Rick Harman

Rick Harman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in Total Rewards and Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Wheels Up since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rick took a brief sabbatical for personal caregiving and family commitments, and held significant positions at ID.me, AvidXchange, and Acute Consulting LLC. Rick has a proven track record in leading Total Rewards strategies, including overseeing a $5B IPO at AvidXchange and enhancing talent acquisition processes at Ashfield for global pharmaceutical clients. With additional experience from SevOne, Capital One, and Vanguard, Rick has demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, and people operations across various industries. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware and has attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
